Welcome to Eating the Chocolate Alphabet!
Oops, I forgot to update this page! 🤦
It’s 2020 during the worldwide COVID-19 shutdown & I’m almost done with “Round 4” of the Eating the Chocolate Alphabet series featuring alcohol-related bars. Yes, I’ve skipped a few letters because, frankly, after a year+ of planning and “life happening,” I’m not as enthusiastic about this theme.
Not sure what the next theme will be. I’m considering returning to the “50 States” since it’s been 3 years and a lot has changed in the B2B industry. If you have suggestions of topics/themes, please send me a message!
“Round 3” featured origins – as in where the cacao was grown.
Click here to read the series. My favorite one was “Y“!
In case you missed it, “Round 2” of my project featured unique or unusual inclusion ingredients in alphabetical order & ALL brands/makers were fair game.
Click here to catch up on those posts – the most exciting ones were “X” and “Z“!
Earlier in 2017, in collaboration with Time to Eat Chocolate, Lori and I featured bean-to-bar makers for as many of the 50 United States as had them. We featured different states on each of our blogs; to navigate to my portion of that project, please click here.
Perhaps you weren’t following along in 2016. The theme for “Round 1” was to try “new-to-me” chocolate brands in alphabetical order. Surprisingly “Q” and “Y” were the most difficult to find!

I’d love to collaborate on another chocolate project (either in the Greater Los Angeles area or internationally). If that sounds like something you’d like to do too, please drop me a line!
